Help and feedback

Start with your first meal. Find answers to common questions below.

How do I record a meal?

Choose a logging method, then check the food, portion and meal time before saving. These steps refer to the iOS interface shown on this site.

  1. Photo logging

Take or select a food photo, review the result and check food names, portions and nutrients. After saving, find the meal on its date in the calendar.

  2. Quick text entry

Describe foods and approximate portions, such as “a small bowl of rice and one egg”. Enter nutrients manually, or request an AI estimate and check it. This example is input text, not a calculated result.

  3. Choose from the food library

Open the food library from quick text entry, search for a food and open its portion screen. Choose an available unit, enter the amount eaten and add it to the meal.

How do I review or add a past meal?

Choose a date in the food calendar to see its records. To add a past meal, open the date and time control at the top of quick text entry, set the actual meal time, check the meal category and save. Return to that date to check the record. Do not assume the entry inherits the date you were browsing.

Are calorie estimates from photos always accurate?

They are not precise measurements. Portions, hidden ingredients, sauces and cooking oil can affect estimates. They do not replace professional medical advice.

Check the food name first, then the unit and amount actually eaten. Library values per 100 g must be scaled to your portion: if you ate 150 g, enter 150 g on the portion screen instead of treating the per-100-g values as the meal total. Sauces, hidden ingredients and cooking oil can still affect estimates.

These steps and access details refer to the iOS version shown here. Check the Android or HarmonyOS app for its interface and benefits. Current prices and allowances appear on the in-app Premium screen.
